Kevin
is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy &
College and Villanova University with degrees in Psychology and Criminal
Justice. He made his solo singing debut in 1989 when he established the Pierce
Entertainment Company.
Kevin has been a Pennsylvania State Trooper
since 1985. As a member of the Pennsylvania State Police Ceremonial Unit since
1996, Kevin performs the National Anthem and other patriotic songs for State
Police ceremonies and various other political and official ceremonies. He has
had the distinct pleasure of singing for Governor Mark Schweiker and former
Governors Tom Ridge and Dick Thornburgh on several occasions, including Governor
Schweiker’s inauguration.
During the 2000 election, Kevin sang for UN
Ambassador Alan Keys, second lady Mrs. Dick Cheyney and for Presidential
Candidate George Bush during his visit to West Chester University. He also
performed at the inauguration ceremony for PA Attorney General Michael Fisher,
the swearing in ceremony for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Michael Eakin
and at a dinner for the American Trauma Society which featured US Surgeon
General Kenneth P. Moritsugu as the keynote speaker.
Kevin most recently performed at the annual
Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce Dinner, which featured the former New York
City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani as the keynote speaker. In August of 2002, Kevin
performed the National Anthem for one of the opening games and the Final
Championship game of the 2002 Little League World Series, televised nationally.
Kevin and his wife,
Lisa live in West Grove, PA. He is the father of three children, Alex, 17,
Jacquelyn, 9 and Nicholas, 7.
